A Pitch for The Other
A huge thank you to William for bringing The Other to us and for setting the project out so clearly. We at Hollywood Indie Festival are cheering you on as you continue to create. The pitch follows below.
AI is an invention and extension of humankind — is it a tool, a threat, or both? Original concept and song by Dogg’s Noggin. Videoclips are from Artlist. Ironically, the only AI generated specifically for the video is of the human performer. He is an Avatar of my friend, David Antonuccio (of RainFall).
“The Other” has generated nearly 14,000 views on YouTube, so far. The audience is anyone interested in the the questions surrounding implementation of AI —or maybe anyone interested in a unique tune featuring didgeridoo and bagpipes!
As a psychologist I have been particularly interested in the AI/human interface. As a lyricist, I am interested in promoting my songwriting talents and finding collaborators or cover artists interested my work.
This baby’s out of the oven, but I have a number of other projects in development. I’m hoping for wider distribution to spur interest/representation/collaboration.
