A Pitch for Maya
A huge thank you to Sunil for bringing Maya to us and for setting the project out so clearly. We at Hollywood Indie Festival are cheering you on as you continue to create. The pitch follows below.
Trauma happens to Everyone, Nobody is spared, It all depends on how to perceive it, how you deal with it. Do you cry over it for the rest of your life or Do you make something positive from it ?
An ideal viewer for Maya is a person above the age group of 35/40 years since by that time the person has lived long enough and has face enough situations in life to have faced some traumatic events in life.
I had faced trauma at my age of 16 years when my father passed away suddenly due to a natural cause leaving me, my brother (10 years) and my mother to fight for ourselves to survive in this world. I focused on my medical education after that traumatic event. I am 67 years of age now and feel that I am ready to let the world know What trauma is and what it can do to you.
Maya, the Movie, is already completed. Maya has won 21 Awards in last 6 months worldwide. This proves my assumption that the Trauma is UNIVERSAL and happens everywhere. I am looking for DISTRIBUTION of my movie, Maya.
